**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to assess their risks and recommend suitable insurance products.
- Prepare and present insurance quotes to clients, explaining coverage options and benefits.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, including new business and renewal targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to provide accurate information and advice to clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- A valid insurance license or the ability to obtain one.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with insurance products and industry practices.
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation:
Company offers a competitive salary and commission structure, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. The specific details of the compensation package will be discussed during the interview process.
**Salary**: ₹152,969.17 - ₹538,207.89 per year
