**Responsibilities**:

- **On-time Chat Response**:

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and messages on social media platforms.
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers in a timely manner.
- **Fluent in English**:

- Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
- Ensure clear and concise communication to assist customers efficiently.
- **Minimum Common Sense**:

- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate channels as needed.
- **Customer Service**:

- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers.
- Address customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries with empathy and courtesy.
- **Training and Development**:

- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service techniques.
- Continuously improve skills and knowledge to enhance the quality of customer interactions.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Provide feedback to the management team on recurring issues or trends.
- **Adherence to Policies**:

- Adhere to company policies and guidelines in all customer interactions.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct.
- **Laptop Requirement**:

- Ensure you have a reliable laptop and a stable internet connection to perform the responsibilities effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- No prior experience required; freshers are encouraged to apply.

**Salary**: ₹5,226.54 - ₹15,603.65 per month
