Ielts Trainer

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' English language skills to determine their proficiency levels.
- Develop personalized learning plans tailored to each student's strengths, weaknesses, and goals.
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons focused on the four key language skills tested in the IELTS exam: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their language abilities and exam performance.
- Utilize a variety of teaching materials and techniques to enhance students' understanding and retention of English language concepts.
- Monitor student progress closely and adjust teaching strategies as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in the IELTS examination format, scoring criteria, and preparation strategies.
- Foster a supportive and motivating learning environment that encourages student participation and confidence building.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of our language training programs.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and achievements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Certification in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL), Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL), or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Proven experience as an IELTS Trainer or English language instructor, with a strong track record of helping students achieve their target scores.
- Excellent command of the English language, with native or near-native proficiency.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for teaching and empowering others to succeed.
- Flexibility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate students' schedules.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to upholding professional standards of integrity, confidentiality, and ethical conduct in all interactions with students and colleagues.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹30,847.72 - ₹45,485.91 per month
