We are looking for an experienced **Game Producer** to join our team and drive the development of engaging **mobile free-to-play (F2P) casual games** designed for a Western audience. **Responsibilities**:

**Project Management**:
- Own the game development lifecycle from concept to release and live operations.
- Plan and manage project milestones, deliverables, and timelines using **Agile/Scrum methodologies** and tools like **JIRA**.
- Define and enforce clear production goals, schedules, and quality standards.
**Team Coordination**:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, art, and marketing, to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Facilitate team communication, ensuring transparency and a smooth workflow across all departments.
- Resolve roadblocks and maintain team focus and productivity.
**Vendor and Outsourcing Management**:
- Manage **art outsourcing vendors**, ensuring timely delivery and quality alignment with the project vision.
- Evaluate vendor capabilities, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong relationships.
**F2P Casual Game Expertise**:
- Guide the team in developing features, mechanics, and monetization strategies tailored for **Western audiences** in the casual gaming market.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as retention, engagement, and revenue to drive improvements in live operations.
**Process Improvement**:
- Implement and refine Agile workflows to improve team efficiency and output.
- Introduce best practices for task prioritization, risk management, and issue resolution.
**Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including status updates, sprint reports, and risk assessments.
- Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and leadership.

**Experience**:
- 5+ years of experience as a Game Producer or Project Manager in **mobile F2P casual games**.
- Proven track record of shipping successful titles targeting Western audiences.
- Experience managing art outsourcing vendors for mobile games.
**Skills**:
- Strong understanding of **Agile/Scrum methodologies** and tools like **JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management software**.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with the nuances of casual game design, player behavior, and monetization strategies.
**Technical Knowledge**:
- Understanding of game development pipelines for mobile platforms (iOS/Android).
- Knowledge of asset production, including 2D/3D art workflows, is a plus.
**Soft Skills**:
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering results under pressure.
