**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting patient consultations to understand their medical history and current health concerns.
- Developing personalised treatment plans that integrate Ancient Ayurvedic based nutrient energy treatment to improve cancer patients' outcomes
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals such as Dietitians, Oncologists, Cancer caregivers, and Ancient Ayurvedic based nutrient energy treatment research team
- Educating patients and the community about Ayurvedic medicine and its potential benefits through developing educational materials, conducting workshops and seminars, and speaking at conferences and other events.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) and MD.
- Excellent communication skills to explain the treatment plan and the approach to a patient
- Patience and empathy towards patients
- Enthusiasm for sharing knowledge and participating in workshops and training to increase the knowledge of Ayurveda and awareness among people towards alternative treatment
- Presentation and branding skills to increase awareness of Ayurvedic treatment.

**Counselling Patient**
- The main job of Doctor's is to counsell the visiting patient and provide them with best available medicine- Guide and explain the patient's regarding DSRC medicines and its benefits- Advise patients with Do's and Don’t referring to their disease by following DSRC norms**Mentioning Diagnosis on File**
- Mentioning the diagnosis on file ,Sharing remarks on file regarding the diagnosis**Participation in Events**
- Participating in public welfare event related to health organised by DSRC**Appointments**
- Handling all the appointments call and clearing patient's doubt- Listening to all complains of patients via face to face or call and changing the medicine accordingly with the DSRC boundaries**Reports**
- Entering all prescribed medicine in the software- Sharing daily report with CIC & Admin- Mainiting data of follow up of trial medicines- Preparation of Monthly Reports
