- You can learn each Banking Department work in a 1 year- **Responsibilities**:

- **Counter Lobby Section**:

- Update passbooks for customers accurately and efficiently.
- Receive and process outward cheques in a timely manner.
- Engage in on-the-counter marketing of Third-Party Products (TPP) such as mutual funds, insurance, and other financial offerings.

E-Lobby Banking:

- Educate customers about the benefits of using our E-Lobby and e-banking services.
- Encourage customers to utilize E-Lobby services for various transactions, including cheque and cash deposits, passbook updation, and other ATM-related services.
- Guide customers on utilizing additional facilities available in ATMs, such as Green PIN, PIN change, cheque book requests, and term deposit requests.
- Take the opportunity to cross-sell TPP products while assisting customers in the E-Lobby.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in Hindi and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work on a 1-year internship basis.

**Salary**: INR 10,000 per month.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
