We are currently seeking a talented and motivated female In-House Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating revenue by promoting and selling our products or services to customers who visit our premises or engage with us through other communication channels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Customer Engagement: Welcome and engage with customers visiting our premises in a friendly and professional manner. Understand their needs and preferences, and recommend products or services that best meet their requirements.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products or services, including features, benefits, pricing, and promotions. Stay updated on product enhancements or new offerings and effectively communicate these to customers.
- Sales Techniques: Utilize effective sales techniques to persuade customers and close sales. This may include demonstrating product functionalities, overcoming objections, and upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. Follow up with customers after their visit to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or feedback.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the sales manager or team leader. Consistently strive to achieve individual and team goals while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Administrative Tasks: Complete necessary paperwork or documentation related to sales transactions, such as invoices, receipts, or order forms. Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other sales team members and departments to optimize sales opportunities and provide seamless customer experiences. Share insights and best practices to contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Professional Development: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and sales techniques through ongoing training and professional development activities. Continuously improve your sales skills and knowledge to excel in your role.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with customers.
- Sales-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets and delivering results.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a positive attitude and resilience in the face of challenges.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a focus on providing value to customers.
- Proficiency in using sales software or CRM systems to manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, especially if catering to a diverse customer base

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
