**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Catalogue Design**: Lead the design and layout of product catalogues for tiles and ceramics, ensuring they are visually compelling and align with the brand’s aesthetic.

**Concept Development**: Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop creative concepts and strategies for new collections and product launches.

**Visual Content Creation**:Create high-quality visual content, including product images, illustrations, and infographics for use in catalogues, digital marketing, and other promotional materials.

**Brand Consistency**: Ensure all designs are consistent with the brand’s identity and guidelines across all materials.

**Photography Direction**: Work closely with photographers to ensure product images are captured according to design specifications and brand standards.

**Quality Control**:Oversee the final output of designs to ensure high quality and accuracy before printing or digital publication.

**Market Research**:Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging design techniques to keep the brand’s materials fresh and relevant.

**Collaboration**:Work cross-functionally with the marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure design efforts align with overall business objectives.

**Mentorship**: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

**Qualifications**:
**Experience**: 2 to 4 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a specific focus on tiles, ceramics, or related industries.

**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

**Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Corel Draw, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Blender), knowledge of print production processes, and experience with 3D rendering software is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- CSS: 1 year (preferred)
