**Key Qualifications & Experience**

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Agriculture, Social Work, Environmental Science, or Community Development)

**Work Experience**:
Proven experience in rural/agriculture-based projects (PKVY, NFSM, organic farming initiatives preferred)

Strong skills in farmer mobilization, training facilitation, survey administration, data collection, and reporting

Local Knowledge & Communication:
Fluency in the local language(s) and good understanding of the region’s geography and farming systems

**Mobility**:
Own two-wheeler (motorcycle/scooter) with a valid driving license

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Mobilize and strengthen farmer groups within the project area
- Lead and monitor organic farming activities on the ground
- Conduct baseline surveys and ensure accurate data reporting
- Organize and deliver farmer training sessions and demonstrations
- Coordinate regularly with district officials and the PKVY project teamJob description
