**KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters)**

**Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters)**
- KRA1- 1. Supervise shift operations of fibre manufacturing effectively and provide directions to plant operators / technicians.- KRA10- 10. Train workers for operation SOPs, WCM, SHE and other industry practices.- KRA2- 2. To maintain and control shift operations of equipment locally on the floor and centrally on DCS based on the process requirement.- KRA3- 3. Ensure shift operations are carried out as per defined SOPs. Shift process parameters are within defined limit. Trouble shoot as per SOPs in case of emergency and inform superiors.- KRA4- 4. Supervise and ensure adherence to all safety norms during shift operations.- KRA5- 5. Ensure reliable operational records are maintained for shift operations. To ensure that process parameters are recorded for historical purposes and to document performance metrics for the plant performance.- KRA6- 6. Participate in annual budget preparation and development of capital improvement projects with the process section heads.- KRA7- 7. Ability to understand and execute written and oral instructions and relay those instructions to subordinate employees and other Shift Engineers on subsequent shifts.- KRA8- 8. Coordinate with maintenance team for breakdown & preventive maintenance schedules.- KRA9- 9. Ensure adherence to defined SOPs for business excellence i.e. WCM, Sustainability, Safety in shift operations.**Qualifications**:
Bachelor Of Engineering,Diploma in Mech. Engg.

10-12 Years
