**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop visual content for digital and print media, including educational materials, promotional materials, websites, and social media platforms.
- Utilize Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant design tools to produce high-quality graphics.
- Create original graphic content that aligns with our educational goals and communicates clear, effective messages to our audience.
- Collaborate with the content development team to ensure that visual designs complement the educational content.
- Manage design projects from concept through completion, adhering to deadlines and project requirements.
- Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects, upholding brand identity standards.
- Review and refine designs, ensuring detailed perfection in all aspects of execution.

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio, highlighting proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent creativity and a proven ability to produce visually appealing design solutions.
- Strong attention to detail in all areas of design and illustration.
- Effective communication and organizational skills, capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive in receiving feedback and making necessary adjustments to align with project goals.
- Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends in graphic design and technology.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field is highly preferred.

**Experience**:

- At least 2-3 years of professional design experience, particularly in an educational or marketing context.
