**Job Title: Sales Executive - Project Sales**

**Location**: Jamtara
**Industry**: Building Materials (Plywood, Laminates, WPC, Hardware, etc.)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate and grow project-based sales in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, architects, and other key stakeholders.
- Identify new project opportunities and convert them into business.
- Ensure product promotion and brand visibility at project sites.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and payment collection.
- Conduct market research on competitors and pricing trends.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-4 years of experience in **Project Sales** within the **Building Materials** industry.
- Strong local market knowledge of Jamtara and nearby areas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Two-wheeler preferred.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
