Serve as the primary point of contact for customers visiting the body shop for vehicle repair or maintenance services.
- Assess customer vehicles for damage and provide accurate estimates for repair costs and timelines.
- Coordinate with technicians and other staff to ensure timely completion of repairs and quality workmanship.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates on the status of their vehicles and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Manage customer expectations regarding repair timelines, costs, and outcomes.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, repair orders, and service history.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards in the body shop area.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices related to automotive repair and customer service.
- Strive to deliver exceptional customer experiences and foster long-term relationships with clients.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
