Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Test Planning & Strategy:
Develop comprehensive test plans and test strategies based on Oracle HRMS functional and technical requirements.

Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand the requirements and define the scope of testing.

Test Case Development:
Design, develop, and maintain detailed test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios for Oracle HRMS modules.

Ensure test cases cover all functional and non-functional requirements.

Manual & Automated Testing:
Execute manual test cases to validate the functionality of Oracle HRMS modules.

Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools to enhance testing efficiency.

Perform regression testing to ensure that new updates do not adversely affect existing functionalities.

Defect Management:
Identify, document, and track defects using a defect management tool.

Work closely with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Retest resolved defects to ensure they are fixed correctly.

System Integration Testing:
Ensure data consistency and integrity across integrated systems.

Performance & Load Testing:
Conduct performance and load testing to ensure Oracle HRMS can handle expected user load and performance criteria.

Identify performance bottlenecks and work with the development team to address them.

User Acceptance Testing (UAT):
Support business users during UAT by providing test cases, guidance, and resolving any issues that arise.

Ensure that UAT criteria are met and obtain sign-off from stakeholders.

Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain up-to-date documentation of test plans, test cases, and test results.

Prepare and present test summary reports to project stakeholders, highlighting key findings and risks.

Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Oracle HRMS testing.

Propose and implement improvements to the testing process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
**Experience**:
5+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on Oracle HRMS.

Proven experience in both manual and automated testing.

Technical Skills:
In-depth knowledge of Oracle HRMS modules and their functionalities.

Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium, QTP/UFT, or similar.

Strong understanding of SQL and database testing.

Familiarity with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.

Testing Methodologies:
Strong understanding of various testing methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.

Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.

Soft Skills:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with Oracle Cloud HRMS.

Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB).

Experience with test management tools like HP ALM, TestRail, or similar.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
