Videographer & Editor

**Job Overview**:
Your work will help boost brand awareness, promote products/services, and engage online audiences effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute video ideas that align with brand goals.
- Create short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, Stories) optimized for each platform.
- Edit raw footage, add music, voiceovers, subtitles, and motion graphics.
- Maintain brand consistency across all video content.
- Manage lighting, sound, and visual aesthetics during shoots.
- Capture behind-the-scenes content, testimonials, event highlights, and promotional videos.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, editing styles, and content formats.
- Organize and maintain video files and project archives.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a **videographer and video editor** (preferably in social media marketing).
- Strong skills in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve).
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and motion graphics (After Effects or Canva is a plus).
- Understanding of different social media platforms and their video formats.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and storytelling.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Degree in Media Production, Visual Communication, Film, or a related field.
- Experience with photography, lighting setup, and content planning.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and engagement metrics.
