**Scrum Master with Specialized Data Product Experience**

**Experience: 10+ Years**

**Notice Period: Immediate Joiner or less than 30 days**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Data-Driven Product Management**: Lead teams in the development and management of data-centric products, ensuring alignment with business goals.

2. **Agile Methodology Expertise**: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of Agile principles and the Scrum framework to guide and mentor teams.

3. **Collaboration with Data Teams**: Work closely with data engineers, scientists, and analysts to design and implement effective data solutions that meet the requirements of our data products.

4. **Facilitation of Scrum Ceremonies**:Conduct and oversee all Scrum events including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

5. **Backlog Management**: Collaborate with product owners to effectively manage the product backlog, prioritizing tasks to align with project objectives.

6. **Team Shielding and Support**: Protect the team from external interruptions and challenges, ensuring a focused and productive working environment.

7. **Continuous Improvement**: Drive continuous enhancement of Agile practices within the team, seeking out opportunities for process and workflow improvements.

8. **Agile Tools Proficiency**: Proficiently use Agile project management tools (like JIRA or Trello) to track and manage project progress.

9. **Stakeholder Engagement**: Engage effectively with various stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements specific to data products.

10. **Performance Monitoring**: Measure and report team performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.

11. **Keeping Updated on Industry Trends**:Stay informed about the latest trends and practices in Agile and data product management to bring innovative ideas to the team.

**Essential Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, particularly in data product management.
- Strong foundational knowledge in data integration, ETL processes, data warehousing, and data governance.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
- Certification in Scrum Master (CSM) or a similar Agile field is highly preferred.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring team members in Agile methodologies.
- Detail-oriented with a knack for analyzing complex data sets and extracting relevant insights.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance standards.
