Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our kitchen team. As a member of our kitchen staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and the delivery of high-quality food to our customers. Your responsibilities will include various tasks to support the chefs and maintain cleanliness and organization within the kitchen environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Food Preparation: Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and portioning ingredients according to recipes and portion control standards.
- Cooking: Assist in cooking and assembling menu items under the direction of the head chef or kitchen supervisor.
- Cleaning and Sanitizing: Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area, including equipment, countertops, and utensils. Follow proper food safety procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure food safety.
- Stock Management: Assist in receiving, organizing, and storing food and kitchen supplies. Monitor inventory levels and inform management when supplies need to be replenished.
- Dishwashing: Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment by hand or using dishwashers. Ensure that all items are cleaned and sanitized properly.
- Food Presentation: Assist in plating and garnishing dishes according to the established presentation standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other kitchen staff members to ensure efficient workflow and timely preparation of food orders. Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to coordinate tasks and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Adherence to Regulations: Follow all food safety regulations and kitchen procedures outlined by the company and health department guidelines.
- Flexibility: Be willing to perform various tasks as assigned by kitchen management, including assisting in other areas of the restaurant during busy periods.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
