**Job Description:
- **
- Perform related duties as assigned by the reporting Manager.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs. Develop a new Client /Customer base in Target Market Industries.
- Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly.
- Generate New Inquiries and convert them into sales.
- Submit offer, Quotations, negotiation and close the final deal. Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals. Coordinate between Client and Sales coordinator for smooth order processing.
- Increase Customer Base network for the company (Region/Industry Wise).Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them.
- Provide Daily Sales Reports and MIS Report to GM, CC to Director on Daily / Weekly basis respectively
- Market Research through Data Mining, Creating a List of companies in industrial Areas by Field Visit, Customer’s competitor analysis, Industrial Directory
- Business Development by traveling to various Industrial Areas, Meeting Potential Customer’s to introduce the company and its profile by Generate New Inquiries, Convert Orders, and do follow up to achieve sales target
- Payment keeping a check on current payment outstanding to assure zero defaulters.
- Keep regular contact with team members and maintain healthy communication and relationships.
- Completing monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
- Keeping up to date about company products, services and schemes.
- Monitoring activities, products and services of competitors.
**Qualification and Skills**
- Experience in PAN India sales (fmcg / Chemical product).
- Good in communication and convincing skills.
- Must be graduates / Post graduates
**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
