**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with production team to ensure timely completion of orders.
- Supervise dispatch team and ensure all dispatch operations are carried out smoothly.
- Maintain inventory of finished products and raw materials.
- Ensure proper packing and labeling of products for dispatch.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Prepare reports on dispatch operations, inventory levels and delivery schedules.
- Monitor and track shipments and provide regular updates to customers.
- Liaise with transportation companies to schedule and coordinate deliveries.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to dispatch team.

Qualifications:

- At least 5 years of experience in dispatch operations, preferably in a PEB Building manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of dispatch procedures, inventory management, and transportation logistics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
