**Responsibilities**:
We are currently seeking a Lead for the IT Support function team to support our co-working members locally in Dehradun and remotely by servicing technical support requests. This position is based in **Dehradun** and would include different areas in IT and infrastructure support.
- Monitor and maintain the network and servers at our locations in Dehradun
- Installing, configuring and upgrading new hardware and software at our locations in Dehradun
- Assess present network servers, operating systems and security layers
- Provision of in-person IT support for all buildings/ members in Dehradun for all IT related issues and requests
- Support members with all technology requests and/ or issues, and prompt responses to our internal teams
- Troubleshoot and promptly respond to all LAN & Wireless Network issues
- Diagnose IT related issues and to design, plan, or implement a resolution in a timely and appropriate manner
- Proactively ensure that members’ issues are, where possible, anticipated and resolved before they happen
- Identify chronic or recurring IT issues, and work to find the best resolution and solutions
- Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems
- Assist members with setups and configuration of technology within their space (i.e., racking equipment, IT services setup, etc.)
- Increase member retention by conducting quarterly check-ins for technology health checks with members’ IT contact
- Designing and implementing efficient end-user feedback and error reporting systems
- Engage and manage third party vendors to perform on-site and remote IT work when needed
- Ensure that our IT infrastructure setups are properly documented for future support situations and our internal reference
- Support selling of Member IT services that generate revenue for us
- Coordinate the configuration, administration, maintenance and troubleshooting of AV equipment and software
- Troubleshoot network printing resources, including print servers, printers, and other peripheral devices
- Ensure that the hardware and software programs are adequately upgraded
- Install and implement effective security systems and protocols to prevent potential threats
- Creating user accounts and performing access control

**Additional Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or similar
- Applicable professional qualification, such as Microsoft, Oracle, or Cisco certification
- At least five years or more of technical work experience (IT support, field work, certifications, etc.)
- Strong understanding of IT systems, networking equipment and related technologies
- Strong knowledge of data networking, system security, and IT administration principles and architecture
- Strong written communication skills to communicate with members via our ticketing system
- Strong in-person social skills to communicate with members and internal team, when troubleshooting and helping members
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to use discretion and judgment in evaluating problems and creating solutions
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information, both verbal and written, including to non-technical users
- Identify and consult with management regarding solutions to projects

**Educational Qualification**: Bachelor's degree in computer science or Equivalent

**Experience**: 5+ years of experience as an IT Administrator.

Specific experience in co-working/ business centre/ hospitality/school would be preferred.
