Essential skills: Should have excellent verbal and correspondence skills. Should be a tech-savvy person with plenty of exposure in supporting clients on software solutions.
MBA / BCA / Btech
Strong customer service skills - reply to mails, tickets, follow up on the support concerns, getting feedback
Domain knowledge, Crystal report designing and writing sql queries, basic knowledge in networking.
Accounting background, (Payroll management beneficial)
Strong customer service skills
Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Ability to prioritize.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
