**About the Role**

We are looking for a highly skilled **Senior Data Modeler** to join our Gravity project, an enterprise-scale healthcare data platform. This role requires a balance of deep data modeling expertise with hands-on CI/CD implementation experience.

As a Senior Data Modeler, you will own the design and evolution of conforming data models across healthcare domains (RCM, PHM, LIS, TMS, etc.), while also enabling automated schema lifecycle management using tools like Liquibase, GitLab, Argo CD, and Snowflake/Databricks CI/CD pipelines.

**A Day in the Life**
- Design and maintain enterprise-grade data models for healthcare domains (claims, payments, denials, encounters, labs, member, provider).
- Translate business and regulatory requirements into logical and physical data models in Snowflake/Databricks.
- Implement schema change automation using Liquibase (Pro/Community), Git-based version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with data engineers and DBREs to integrate models into automated deployment workflows.
- Define DDL standards, naming conventions, referential integrity rules, and tagging strategies.
- Partner with architecture leadership to ensure models are consistent across domains (RCM, PHM, LIS, Finance).
- Conduct gap analysis against ERP/RCM source systems (Epic, Oracle Cerner, SAP, Meditech, Workday, etc.) and suggest enhancements.
- Provide best practices for versioning, branching, and release management of data models.

**What You Need**
- 3+ years of experience in data modeling, ideally with exposure to healthcare data.
- Proficiency in SQL and modeling tools (ER/Studio, ERwin, PowerDesigner, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Liquibase for schema change management in Snowflake/Databricks/SQL platforms.
- Strong background in CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins, Argo CD, or similar) for database deployments.
- Proven ability to work with enterprise RCM/ERP source systems (Epic Resolute, Oracle Cerner, SAP, Workday, Meditech).
- Understanding of healthcare data standards (HL7 FHIR, X12 837/835, ICD-10, CPT/HCPCS).
- Solid grasp of referential integrity, metadata tagging, data lineage, and governance frameworks.
