- Evaluate student understanding through various methods like assignments, tests, and quizzes, providing constructive feedback.
- Keep detailed records of student attendance, performance, and progress, and report on these to parents and school administration.
- Foster a positive learning environment: Create a classroom atmosphere that encourages participation, respect, and a love for mathematics.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay updated on the latest teaching methodologies and curriculum changes.
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress, academic performance, and any concerns or challenges.
- Work with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall learning experience, participate in departmental meetings, and contribute to school activities.
