- If you are an accounting graduate with relevant accounting experience, with sound knowledge of end-to-end accounts payable process and have handled a team size of ~50 people - this role is for you._
- In this role, you shall be responsible for work on strict deadlines, in a high-pressure business environment while being an outstanding teammate_

- Responsibilities_
- _As a project lead, you will be responsible for Account Payables operations team_
- _You are accountable for Accounts Payable process which involves activities like Document management, Invoice processing, vendor queries and handling of exceptions_
- _Volume/Queue management along with level loading and work allocation_
- _Review Cash Forecasting, Payment run review and Approval, eensure adherence to Monthly calendar (processing cut-offs and payments)_
- _Ensure quality adherence (invoice processing, quality of queries, accuracy of payments, helpdesk management etc.)_
- _Responsible for overall performance metrics - Reporting and tracking of metrics (CPI / KPI & E2E metrics)_
- _Manage L1 escalations, liaise with upstream business teams to resolve outstanding issues, highlighting any risks in the process_
- _Maintain and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures as agreed with the client, drive cross training ongoing basis_
- _Risk Assessment, Management & proactive communication (adherence to key controls, SLA related risks, SOF’s)_
- _Proactively Identify process pain points and improvement opportunities and collaborate with client to drive change._
- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum Qualifications_
- MBA - Finance preferred_
- _Relevant experience in Accounts Payable domain_
- _Good communication skills, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills (in English)_
- Preferred Qualifications/ Skills_
- _Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills_
- _SAP, Mainframe and SAP/HANA, Experience in Blue Yonder_
- _Proven people management skills_
- _Good analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to handle team and client discussions_
