**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

- Safely drive passengers or goods to their destinations on time.
- Follow designated routes and adapt to traffic conditions to ensure timely deliveries.
- **Vehicle Maintenance**:

- Conduct routine checks to ensure the vehicle is in proper working order (e.g., oil, brakes, tires).
- Schedule and oversee regular servicing and repairs as needed.
- **Compliance**:

- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Ensure valid documentation (license, insurance, permits) is always maintained.
- **Communication**:

- Coordinate with the logistics team or management regarding schedules and assignments.
- Report any accidents, delays, or issues promptly.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate logs of travel, fuel usage, and any incidents.
- Submit necessary documentation as required by the company.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education and Licensing**:

- Valid driver’s license for the appropriate vehicle class.
- Clean driving record.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience as a driver.
- Familiarity with GPS systems and navigation tools.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- **Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to sit for long periods and load/unload goods if required.
- **Other**:

- Flexibility to work weekends or overtime, if needed.
- Knowledge of the local area is a plus.
