Scrub Nurse

**Qualification**: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing with valid registration

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Scrub Nurse with 2-3 years of experience to join our surgical team. The Scrub Nurse will assist surgeons and other healthcare professionals during operative procedures, ensuring a sterile environment and smooth workflow in the operation theatre.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and maintain a sterile environment in the operating theatre.
- Assist surgeons during operations by handling instruments, sutures, and supplies.
- Ensure all surgical instruments and equipment are sterilized and available.
- Count surgical instruments, sponges, and supplies before and after procedures.
- Monitor and anticipate the needs of the surgical team throughout the procedure.
- Maintain accurate documentation of surgical procedures and materials used.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and hospital policies.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative support to patients as required.

**Requirements**:

- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing with valid Nursing Registration.
- 2-3 years of experience as a Scrub Nurse or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of surgical instruments, procedures, and OT protocols.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
