**Job Overview**

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic **Pre-Sales Executive (Telecalling)** who will be responsible for generating qualified leads, understanding customer requirements, and coordinating with the sales team to drive business growth. The role involves outbound calling, lead nurturing, and initial client engagement to ensure a smooth sales process.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and set up meetings/demos for the sales team.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide initial information about the company’s products/services.
- Qualify leads by understanding customer needs, budget, and decision-making process.
- Maintain and update the CRM/database with accurate customer and lead information.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
- Provide feedback from prospects to help improve sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain professionalism and build strong relationships with prospects to create brand trust.

**Key Skills & Competencies**
- Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, and regional languages preferred).
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objections confidently and professionally.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and telecalling practices.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
- Good listening skills to identify customer needs and suggest suitable solutions.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Preferred: Business Administration, Marketing, or related field).
- 0-2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or pre-sales role (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
