**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Chemist (Solvent & Reagent) at Sisco Research Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. The Production Chemist will be responsible for conducting laboratory experiments, ensuring quality control standards, following Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines, and contributing to Research and Development (R&D) initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
**Formulation and Process Development**:

- Develop and optimize chemical processes for large-scale production.
- Work on improving product formulations and ensuring they meet quality standards.

**Quality Control**:

- Monitor the production process to ensure that all products meet the required quality standards.
- Implement and oversee testing procedures to detect any issues during production.

**Process Optimization**:

- Analyze production methods to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Investigate any production problems and identify solutions.

**Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations during production.
- Monitor the use of chemicals and materials, making sure that processes are safe for workers and the environment.

**Troubleshooting**:

- Identify and solve problems related to chemical production processes or equipment.
- Work with engineers and other professionals to troubleshoot production line issues.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed records of the production processes, including raw materials used, quantities, and production outcomes.
- Prepare reports for regulatory bodies, upper management, or quality assurance teams.

**Qualifications**
- Experience with Production Activities and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
- Knowledge of Research and Development (R&D) processes
- Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or related field

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
