**About the Company**

Turbolab Technologies is a revenue positive, bootstrapped startup and home to a plethora of products and services related to Data Analysis and Web Crawling. Over the past few years, we have ventured into Machine Learning, Image Processing, Video Analysis and more. Most of our products are for the enterprise, enabling them to use the power of data for growing their business.

**What you would be doing**
- A Data storyteller who can turn complex ideas into engaging graphs and charts
- Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling user centric digital advertisements for visually sophisticated audiences
- Coordinate cross-departmentally and internationally to collect information and assets as required for content production.
- Design external-facing content design assets for materials including research reports, marketing decks, one pagers, product fact sheets, web landing pages, and the ability to manage multiple versions for different audiences.
- Collaborate, ideate and create multimedia video content for inbound marketing efforts
- Create In-house graphics needs for other products/ departments

**What you must have**
- Mandatory 2+year of prior graphic design experience with a polished, clean portfolio that showcases elevated designs.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects).
- Familiarity with Adobe XD/Figma would be a plus.
- Motion graphics, animation, and video work with an understanding of UI/UX Design for web would be preferred.
- In depth understanding of typography, color and layouts.
- Up-to-date with recent design best practices and tools
- Have an interest in the data industry and willing to turn data into visually appealing creatives
- Collaborative individual who thrives working for an in-house design or marketing team and can efficiently handle multiple projects with ease.
- Can flawlessly execute designs that adhere to marketing best practices and established brand guidelines: Professional and authoritative without being stuffy or dry.
- A flexible & proactive approach, as well as being open to feedback when working with a team.
