**Job Title**: Data Science Trainer

We are seeking a dedicated Data Science Trainer to join our team and empower individuals to excel in the field of data science.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Training Delivery**: Conduct engaging and informative training sessions on various aspects of data science, catering to different skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.

2. **Curriculum Development**: Collaborate with instructional designers to develop and update training materials, ensuring they align with industry best practices and emerging trends.

4. **Individual and Group Coaching**: Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to participants, helping them with specific challenges and guiding them on their learning journey.

5. **Assessment and Evaluation**: Develop and administer assessments, quizzes, and practical assignments to evaluate participants' progress and provide constructive feedback.

6. **Stay Updated**: Stay abreast of the latest advancements and trends in data science and machine learning, and incorporate relevant updates into training materials.

7. **Technology Integration**: Familiarize participants with the tools and technologies commonly used in the data science field, such as Python, R, TensorFlow, and data visualization libraries.

8. **Resource Recommendations**: Suggest additional learning resources, including books, online courses, and software tools, to support participants' ongoing development.

9. **Feedback Collection**: Solicit feedback from participants to continuously improve the training program and adapt to the evolving needs of learners.

10. **Documentation**: Maintain records of training activities, participant progress, and feedback to assess the effectiveness of the training program.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics).
- Proven experience as a data scientist, with a strong background in data analysis and machine learning.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Prior experience in training or teaching is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in data science tools and programming languages (Python, R, SQL, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and understandable manner.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Data Analytics, Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist) are a plus.
- Familiarity with instructional design principles is an advantage.

**Salary**: ₹450,218.57 - ₹1,741,282.46 per year
