**Job Title: Tr. Surveillance Officer**

**Job Summary**:
The Surveillance Officer is responsible for monitoring and analyzing surveillance footage to ensure the safety, security, and compliance of an organization's premises or designated area. They work closely with security personnel and management to detect and prevent theft, vandalism, unauthorized access, and other security breaches. Additionally, they may be tasked with investigating suspicious activities, preparing reports, and coordinating with law enforcement when necessary.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor surveillance cameras and systems to observe activity in assigned areas.
- Identify and report any suspicious behavior, security breaches, or safety hazards.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of surveillance activity and incidents.
- Collaborate with security personnel to coordinate responses to security threats or emergencies.
- Conduct investigations into security incidents, including reviewing footage, interviewing witnesses, and compiling evidence.
- Prepare detailed reports documenting findings from surveillance and investigations.
- Assist in developing and implementing security protocols and procedures.
- Stay updated on security trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and external stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in security or law enforcement preferred.
- Proven experience in surveillance, security, or a related field.
- Familiarity with surveillance equipment and systems.
- Strong observational and analytical skills.
- Ability to remain focused and attentive for extended periods.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
