**About the Role**:
In this exciting role, you'll leverage your expertise in Ayurveda medicine to deliver personalized consultations and execute evidence-based care plans aligned with our innovative product offerings. You'll be a vital part of our mission to make integrated healthcare accessible and impactful.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-depth consultations with patients using Ayurvedic diagnostic methods (pulse diagnosis, Prakriti analysis, etc.) to understand their unique health concerns and goals.
- Develop comprehensive care plans that incorporate Ayurvedic principles (diet, lifestyle modifications, herbal remedies, etc.) based on the patient's individual needs and our curated product offerings.
- Collaborate with the product team to ensure your care plans effectively utilize Zveta's unique blend of Ayurvedic products and services.
- Monitor patient progress, evaluate the effectiveness of the care plan, and make adjustments as needed.
- Provide clear and concise explanations of Ayurvedic concepts and treatment recommendations to patients.
- Educate patients on preventative healthcare practices and lifestyle modifications for long-term well-being.
- Maintain detailed patient records and ensure adherence to data privacy regulations.
- Stay current on the latest advancements in Ayurvedic research and integrate them into your practice.
- Contribute to the growth of Zveta's Ayurvedic knowledge base by sharing best practices and insights.

**Qualifications**:

- 2 Years post MD/MS or 5 years of clinical experience post BAMS.
- Preferably having a background in musculoskeletal conditions.
- Excellent tele communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to explain complex medical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Familiarity with current trends and research in Ayurveda.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a commitment to patient-centered care.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) a plus.
