We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our global dynamic Marketing team. In this role, you’ll leverage your imagination and technical expertise to develop visually engaging assets that enhance our brand’s identity across a variety of platforms. From brochures and social media graphics to product visualizations and exhibition booth designs, your work will play a crucial role in telling our brand’s story and captivating our audience.

**Your Key Responsibilities***:
As Graphic Designer you will work on a wide range of projects and media, obtaining input from Marketing team, product managers and other stakeholders, to ensure that designs meet standards and brand expectations, and express ideas accurately. You will be reporting directly to management in Lithuania, while working in our nice office environment in Thane.
- Brochure Design and Updates: Create, design, and regularly update digital and print brochures to reflect current products, services, and campaigns.
- Social Media Graphics: Develop engaging graphics and visual content for various social media platforms to enhance the company's online presence.
- Infographics Development: Design visually appealing and informative infographics that convey complex information in a simple and impactful way.
- Product Visualizations: Create product renderings and mockups for marketing materials, product launches, and presentations.
- PowerPoint Slide Graphics: Design professional and creative visuals for PowerPoint presentations, ensuring that graphics align with company branding and enhance the clarity of the message.
- Print Media: Design flyers, posters, banners, and other print materials for events, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.
- Exhibition Booth Design: Develop creative booth designs for trade shows and exhibitions, ensuring they are visually appealing and effectively communicate the brand’s message.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure that all design outputs are aligned with the company's brand guidelines and overall marketing strategy.
- AI Tools Integration: Leverage AI-based design tools to enhance workflows and improve design efficiency and innovation.

With a keen eye for detail, you ensure accuracy and precision in all designs, maintaining proper alignment, consistency, and compliance with specifications.

You excel at managing multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising on quality. Your excellent communication skills in English allow you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and interpret feedback to refine your work. Additionally, you demonstrate adaptability and a commitment to continuous learning, staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and tools, particularly in the rapidly evolving field of AI-enhanced design.
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- 4+ years of professional experience in graphic or digital design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- PowerPoint Design Expertise: Ability to create visually appealing and clear presentations.
- Print and Digital Design: Knowledge of print media and digital optimization.
- AI Design Tools: Experience using AI-based tools to enhance creativity and efficiency.
- Exhibition Design: Familiarity with designing booths or event visuals is a plus.
- Video Editing Skills: Knowledge of Adobe Premiere or After Effects is a bonus. Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse design styles and techniques.
