**Job Profile: Computer Literacy Expert**

**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training & Education**:

- Conduct workshops, seminars, and one-on-one sessions to teach essential computer skills.
- Develop customized training programs to cater to diverse learning levels and needs.
- Ensure learners understand operating systems, internet navigation, productivity software (e.g., MS Office), and basic troubleshooting techniques.
- **Digital Empowerment**:

- Promote the adoption of digital tools for personal and professional growth.
- Encourage responsible internet usage, including cybersecurity awareness and digital etiquette.
- **Content Development**:

- Create engaging educational materials such as guides, tutorials, and videos.
- Develop assessments to measure learning outcomes and track progress.
- **Support & Troubleshooting**:

- Offer guidance in resolving common technical issues.
- Provide ongoing support to ensure learners retain and effectively use their skills.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Collaborate with schools, businesses, and NGOs to expand digital literacy initiatives.
- Organize outreach programs to educate underserved or digitally excluded communities.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong communication and instructional skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Patience, empathy, and adaptability to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Certification in IT or education-related fields is an advantage.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and data privacy principles.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
