**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month (Depending on Experience)

Hectare is a growing company committed to delivering high-quality agricultural products and solutions to dealers and retail consumers. We are looking for a motivated and persuasive **Telecaller** to join our sales team and help us expand our reach across India.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to **agriculture dealers, distributors, and retail consumers** to promote and sell our products.
- Understand customer requirements and provide product information clearly and convincingly.
- Follow up on leads and maintain strong follow-through with potential and existing customers.
- Maintain and update daily call logs and sales records.
- Coordinate with the field sales team for effective lead conversion.
- Collect feedback from customers and report market trends or competitor activity to the management.
- Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Minimum Qualification**: 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline.
- **Experience**:

- Preferably 6 months to 1 year of experience in **Telecalling or Sales**.
- Good communication is a plus.
- Basic computer knowledge for updating call records.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with agriculture products or rural consumer behavior.
- Passionate about sales and customer engagement.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented.
