**About the ATS Business Intelligence Department**:
The Business Intelligence (BI) Department at ATS plays a critical role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization. Our mission is to empower stakeholders with accurate, timely, and meaningful data visualizations and reports that support operational excellence and business growth.

We specialize in leveraging advanced analytics tools—including Tableau, SQL, and cloud-based data platforms—to build scalable dashboards, automate reporting processes, and uncover trends that guide performance improvement and innovation.

Our team works collaboratively with departments across ATS to identify data needs, design impactful BI solutions, and ensure data governance and integrity. With a strong focus on data-driven culture, the BI Department is a central hub for analytics excellence within ATS.

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Tableau Server Management**:

- Install, configure, and maintain Tableau Server in both single-node and multi-node environments.
- Administer Tableau Server on Linux platforms, including routine maintenance and configuration tuning.
- **Monitoring & Performance**:

- Monitor server uptime, performance, and resource utilization; identify and address performance bottlenecks.
- Implement strategies for high availability and disaster recovery to ensure business continuity.
- **User Access & Security**:

- Manage user accounts, roles, groups, and permissions within Tableau Server.
- Configure and support Single Sign-On (SSO) and Active Directory (AD) integration for centralized access management.
- Enforce security best practices to safeguard sensitive information and ensure data governance compliance.
- Monitor audit logs and provide reports to support IT governance and regulatory requirements.
- **Workflow & Publishing Support**:

- Deploy and schedule Tableau extracts and workflows.
- Monitor and troubleshoot scheduled tasks, resolving failures and optimizing performance.
- Support end-users in publishing dashboards and workbooks to Tableau Server and provide guidance on best practices.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- 3+ years of proven experience managing Tableau Server in enterprise environments, preferably on Linux.
- Strong knowledge of Tableau architecture, including installation, configuration, and scaling.
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory, SSO configuration, and user role management.
- Understanding of IT security standards and audit requirements.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot performance issues and workflow failures.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
