Electrical Trainer

As an Electrical / Electronics / Telecommunications Engineer / Trainer at ABC Trainings, you will be at the forefront of empowering professionals and aspiring engineers in the dynamic fields of electrical engineering, electronics, and telecommunications. Your role is pivotal in providing hands-on training and imparting industry-relevant skills that prepare individuals for successful careers in these cutting-edge domains.

Key Responsibilities:

- Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions covering a wide range of domains.
- Software Proficiency: Provide expertise in industry-standard software tools like PLC, SCADA, METALAB, Microcontroleer, Embedded System, Autocad electrical, ect.
- Curriculum Development: Collaborate with the curriculum development team to create comprehensive and industry-relevant training modules.
- Hands-On Learning: Facilitate hands-on learning experiences, coding projects, and practical exercises to enhance participants' skills and knowledge.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Assess the progress of trainees, offer constructive feedback, and conduct evaluations to ensure learning objectives are met.
- Industry Trends: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in software engineering to provide real-world insights to trainees.
- Mentorship: Provide mentorship and guidance to participants in their career development, helping them become proficient software engineers.
