CNC Programmer

We are seeking an experienced **CNC Programmer** with expertise in **FANUC, Siemens, and GSK** control systems to program and optimize CNC machines for machining metals and alloys. The role involves creating precise CNC programs, ensuring efficient production, and delivering superior-quality components.
- **CNC Programming**: Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs for FANUC, Siemens, and GSK control systems based on technical drawings and CAD models.
- Program and operate CNC machines to handle a variety of metals and alloys, including stainless steel, aluminum, and other specialized materials.
- Adjust machining parameters for different material properties.
- Set up CNC machines, including tooling, fixtures, and materials, to achieve optimal machining performance.
- Perform trial runs and make adjustments to ensure program accuracy.
- **Quality Assurance**: Inspect machined parts using precision tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, CMM) to meet design specifications and tolerances.
- **Process Optimization**: Improve machining processes to reduce cycle times, enhance tool life, and minimize material waste.
- **Troubleshooting**: Identify and resolve issues with programs or machine operations efficiently.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to achieve manufacturing goals.
- **Experience**: Minimum 5+ years of CNC programming experience in the metal industry.
- Proficiency in FANUC, Siemens, and GSK control systems.
- Strong knowledge of machining metals and alloys with an understanding of material properties.
- **Education**: Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.
