1 to 3+ years of work experience as a designer in a creative agency and production environment
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent professional experience required
- Fluency in best practices for web-based information architecture and design, as well as strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques
- Familiarity with the technical considerations needed when designing for the web and web based devices
- A portfolio of work demonstrating experience creating great user-centered design solutions
- Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills
- Demonstrated compositional and typographical skills
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Create on-brand digital design solutions that meet business goals and project requirements.
- Ensure design requirements are met in adherence with product/project guidelines.
- Source key art and design product and promotional graphics.
- Optimize digital images for web, mobile and big screen.
- Fulfill multiple projects requests while simultaneously meeting tight deadlines.
- Illustrate a command of design methods, tools, communication, and presentation skills.
- Use humor, creativity, and energy to maintain personal and team momentum.

Chennai, TN, IND
- Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills, especially Photoshop.
- Thorough knowledge of design practices, tools, and standards.
- Great compositional and typographical skills.
- Demonstrates an understanding of visual hierarchy.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Understanding of international marketplaces.
