We have an urgent requirement for Accounts Officer for New Delhi Location.

Notice period: Immediate to 15 days.

Experience : 2-3 years

Location: New Delhi

Essentials Qualification
- B. Com and M. Com from recognized university.

Key responsibilities:
1. Manage the project invoicing documentation and schedule in coordination with the Project

Operations team, and project leads.

2. Prepare a monthly summary of invoices to be raised and shared with respective project

leads for status and follow-up.

3. Management of accounts receivables and GST returns.

4. Manage Tally-related entries for incoming funds/receivables.

5. Manage documentation of Fund Utilization.

6. Manage internal documentation of foreign remittances, exchange fluctuations and

correspondence with Banks related to foreign remittances & related compliances.

7. Maintaining physical copies of invoices, GST returns and related documents.

8. Keeping a tab on currently active projects and their signed physical copies.

9. Supporting the financial reporting and documentation.

10. Support documentation for financial proposals and share the final documents with the Head
- Accounts, and the Project Operations team for submission.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
