Responsibilities:

- Provide personalized academic counselling to students, understanding their unique needs and aspirations
- Assist students in setting realistic goals and developing action plans to achieve academic success
- Guide students in course selection based on their interests, aptitude, and long-term career objectives
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in education and provide relevant information to students
- Help students navigate through educational programs, including admissions processes and financial aid options
- Monitor student progress and provide ongoing support throughout their academic journey
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure student success
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions for future reference
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance counselling skills and knowledge

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Prior experience as an Academic Counsellor or similar role within the education industry
- Familiarity with different educational systems, programs, and curriculum standards
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse student populations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in using technology and educational software
- A passion for education and a genuine desire to help students succeed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
