**Role Overview**:
We are looking for dynamic and experienced professionals to join our team working on the **FAST (Flexible Architecture, Simplified Technology)** platform - a leading low-code policy administration system for the life insurance and annuity space. As a FAST Configurator or Developer, you will be instrumental in delivering tailored PAS solutions for our global clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Configure, customize, and deploy **FAST modules** across policy lifecycle stages including new business, underwriting, policy servicing, billing, claims, and renewals.
- Leverage **low-code capabilities** to develop and enhance functionalities within the FAST platform.
- Integrate FAST with third-party systems, CRMs, and legacy environments using API or integration tools.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and Solution Architects to understand client requirements and translate them into technical configurations.
- Participate in solution design, data mapping, and workflow automation.
- Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Support production deployments, post-go-live enhancements, and issue resolutions.

**Requirements**:
**Required Skills**:

- Hands-on experience with **FAST Policy Administration System** configuration and implementation.
- Strong understanding of **life insurance or annuity products** and related processes.
- Knowledge of **modular architecture**, **low-code platforms**, and cloud-native deployments.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.

**Good to Have**:

- Exposure to cloud platforms like **AWS or Azure**.
- Experience in **integration with CRM** platforms or external systems.
- Basic knowledge of **Java, XML, or scripting languages** is a plus.
- FAST certification or relevant platform training.
