- **Marketing Officer**

**Qualification**:

- **1. **Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering (BSc, BE Chemical).
- **2. **Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in a relevant field.

**Additional Qualification**:

- **1. **MBA in Communication or Marketing.

**Experience**:Fresher or 3 -4 Years experience in marketing for laboratory services, especially in the fields of environmental analysis and pharmaceutical testing, is advantageous.

- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote environmental services and laboratory capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- **2. **Market Knowledge:

- Possess in-depth knowledge of lab department services, including pharma testing, environmental analysis, raw material testing, drinking water testing, wastewater management, ETP, and STP.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the environmental and pharmaceutical sectors.
- **3. **Communication:

- Create compelling marketing collateral and communication materials.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and key industry players.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of the lab services to diverse audiences.
- **4. **Market Research:

- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats.
- Analyze competitor activities and recommend adjustments to marketing strategies.
- **5. **Digital Marketing:

- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing initiatives.
