**Position Title**: Plant Operations/Production Engineer

**Location**: [Insert Location]

**Department**: Production/Operations

**Salary**: Upto 7LPA

**Reports to**: Plant Manager / Production Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Capex Management**: Plan and oversee Capex projects for equipment, upgrades, and infrastructure. Manage timelines, budgets, and procurement while ensuring cost control and timely execution.
- **Project Closure**: Complete project documentation, testing, and reporting. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards before project handover.
- **Production Operations**: Oversee daily production to meet targets and quality standards. Maintain equipment and minimize downtime, implementing process improvements.
- **Quality & Safety Compliance**: Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards. Conduct regular audits and inspections.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and train the production team, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve goals and maintain safety and efficiency.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualifications**:

- B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in plant operations or production management in the Capex & Closure.
- Experience with automated production lines, machinery maintenance, and process optimization in manufacturing settings is highly desirable.
