Health Care Assistant

Urgent hiring Healthcare Associate for Cancer Daycare hospital in Jharkhand. Locations would be Simdega, Gumla, Chatra, Garhwa, Giridih, Godda, Pakur, Sahibgani etc.

Qualification : MSW/ Any Graduate/ Post Graduate is required.

Roles and Responsibility
- Health and Wellness Center on Wheels Management
- To maintain all adequate stock, inventory and issue registers.
To prepare the monthly report and submit to the Health and Wellness center on Wheels to Project-Co-coordinator and Head Office
To collect and compile all the reports.
Help to set-up the tent.
Communication with MO and Local Authority properly.
Tracking of the Follow-up system.
HCA will work with Collaboration of Nursing staff, MO, MPW and PC
Help in arrange the session.
Help in awareness and community mobilization through speaker, FGD (Focus Group Discussion),and survey.
Crowd management on day to day basis
Keep all IEC material.
To take appropriate action for Bio-Medical waste management with the MO.
To carry out all other tasks as ordered by the MO of the Health and Wellness center on
Wheels

Portfolio Management
- Communications with Head office and keep the records which required.
Collect all reports and keep the records in good manner.
Inform the all reports to Head office on day to day basis on time and PHC authority.
Ensure all reports to be filled in NCD app, Nikshy App and RCH portal by AASHA on daily basis.

Brand building:
Ensure to take all photos of camp session with good exposure.

Must Have:
Experience of working public healthcare sector
Any graduation with relevant work experience.
Strong communication skill
Good understanding of public relationship.

Salary : Rs. 15,000 to Rs.18,000/-.

Notice Period : Immediate/ max 3-4 Days.
