**Counselor**

**Location - Jaipur (Work From Office)**

**Key Qualifications and Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate the enrollment and registration process for selected students.
- Coordinate with administrative staff to ensure smooth onboarding, including paperwork and payment processing.
- Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new students with the academy's policies and procedures.
- Organize workshops, events, and activities to promote a sense of community among students.
- Collaborate with the placement team to prepare students for job placements and internships.
- Provide career counseling, resume review, and interview preparation to enhance students' employability.
- Organize alumni events, webinars, and mentorship programs to facilitate ongoing engagement.
- Ensure timely scheduling and coordination of classes and training sessions.
- Facilitate communication between trainers and students, addressing any concerns or issues.
- Organize doubt-clearing sessions and provide additional support to students when needed.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Relevant experience into counseling. MBA in HR is a plus.
- Interest in training and development.
- Self-motivated individual contributor with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in mathematics and logical aptitude.
- Basic knowledge of human behavior and psychology.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
