**Role**:
Oracle Cloud HCM - Functional Consultant

**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand Oracle Cloud HCM related business requirements.

Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Cloud HCM modules - Core HR and Recruitment / Oracle Cloud HCM Absence and Time & Labor.

Conduct detailed analysis of business processes, identify gaps, and recommend solutions using standard functionality.

Define functional specifications and document business process flows.

Review the data migration activities, ensuring the accurate and secure transfer of data from legacy systems to Oracle Cloud HCM.

Assess the need for customizations and enhancements to Oracle Cloud HCM.

Create and Maintain the comprehensive documentation of configurations, customizations, and processes.

Perform Unit testing, SIT and support UAT.

Impart training to users on Oracle Cloud

**Qualifications**:
A bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, or a related discipline

Overall 9+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM including 3 - 6 years of implementation project experience.

Expert in Functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM modules - Absence and Time & Labor.

Knowledge of industry-specific best practices and standards.

Certifications in Oracle Cloud HCM or similar areas.

Good communication and customer facing skills
