**Shifts**:
15k gross for the **Day shift**: 10.00 AM To 7.30 PM

**Flexible Shift ( Noon, Night & Moonlight )**

15k gross +5 k allowances for Noon & Night

**Moonlight( 8.30 PM TO 6.00 AM )**

15k gross+7.5k allowances for Moonlight shift

**Education**: B.COM, BBA, MBA (Any graduate Non-Technical
- Graduation compulsory )

**Responsibilities**:

- Knowledge of basic computer software, proficient in Excel, Word and creating reports (Graphs/Charts).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Editing skills.
- Responsible for comprehending, good customer service attitude to clearly articulate the resolution
- Responsible for ensuring Process documentation is maintained in an updated fashion at all times
- Responsible for Endorsement Processing
- Build domain expertise across processes supported
- Ability to work independently.

**Minimum Qualification**:

- Any Graduate except technical
- Meaningful work experience
- Should have wing-to-wing knowledge of the Underwriting lifecycle Must demonstrate and further customer focus, partnership, accountability, initiative, and innovation.
- Proficient in the English language
- both written and oral.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Any Graduate can apply.
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Basic knowledge of insurance business

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
