Shift Supervisor

The Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operations and activities during their assigned shift. They play a crucial role in ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently, safety protocols are followed, and customer service standards are met. The Shift Supervisor also serves as a point of contact for team members, addressing any issues or concerns that arise during the shift.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Management**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of shift employees.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and workload.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure team members perform their duties effectively.
- Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork and collaboration.
- **Operational Oversight**:

- Monitor and oversee all operational activities during the shift, including production, inventory management, and quality control.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
- Address any operational issues or challenges that arise promptly and effectively.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
- **Customer Service**:

- Lead by example in providing excellent customer service.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and in a timely manner.
- Ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded by the team.
- **Performance Tracking and Reporting**:

- Monitor employee performance and productivity levels.
- Keep track of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales targets, production goals, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Prepare shift reports and communicate relevant information to management.
- **Training and Development**:

- Conduct training sessions and workshops for team members as needed.
- Identify areas for skill development and provide coaching and feedback to improve performance.
- Promote continuous learning and development within the team.

Pay: ₹9,384.26 - ₹32,552.77 per month
