**Job Title: MIS Executive**

Reports To: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the billing process for all customers
- Track orders and ensure that they are delivered on time and to the correct address
- Onboard new customers and provide them with training on how to use the company's products and services
- Place offers to customers and tracks the results
- Manage reverse logistics and ensure that returned products are processed efficiently
- Update stock levels and track inventory
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:
Ø Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field

Ø 3+ years of experience in an MIS role

Ø Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Ø Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ø Excellent customer service skills

**Salary**:₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

**Ability to commute/relocate**:
Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:
Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
Microsoft Excel: 2 years (preferred)

Language: Malayalam, English (required)

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
